Giraffe Tongue Orchestra is a progressive alternative metal / alternative rock supergroup.
Giraffe Tongue Orchestra consists of William DuVall, lead singer of Alice In Chains; Brent Hinds, guitarist of Mastodon; and Ben Weinman, guitarist of Dillinger Escape Plan.
The group was supplemented on its debut album by ex-The Mars Volta drummer Thomas Pridgen, and Dethklok bassist Pete Griffin.
Giraffe Tongue Orchestra released its debut single, Crucifixion, in June 2016 and made its live debut at the U.K. Reading and Leeds festival in August 2016.
