Gladius Sky is a symphonic black metal project featuring Tanner Revak and Isaac Vonderau.
From their Soundcloud page: "In the winter of 2011, Tanner Revak teamed up with vocalist Isaac Vonderau in Lethbridge, Alberta to create Gladius Sky. The lyrical concepts of Gladius Sky are based on consciousness, spirituality, and many forms of art; from fantasy to reality. The band's music is intracate, and fashionably woven together through many different instruments, in a dark and shredding manner. Gladius Sky has set out to be exclusive to the realm of metal, taking influences from orchestral and black metal backrounds. Gladius Sky draws influences from bands such as Windir, Immortal, Wintersun, Enslaved, Satyricon, Fleshgod Apocalpse, Dimmu Borgir, Carach Angren, J.S. Bach, etc... Trough which they developed a unique, and authentic sound. The music features such instruments as piano, harp, strings, accordian, horns, choir, flute, organ, timpani, bells, and synth to accompany the band."
