Grinder is a heavy metal band from Coshocton, Ohio.
Grinder's origins date back to 1977, when the band first got together as The Vanz. The band changed their name to Grinder in 1980, and reportedly played death/thrash metal. The band split in 1987. Grinder reformed in 1992, and released a lost demo called "From The Grave" in 1994.
The band split again some time in the 1990s, but then reformed again in 2009. The band finally released their debut album "Unfinished Business" in February 2018.
