GÜRZ is a Turkish Folk Metal act. Formed in Istanbul in 2006 the band consists of: Kenan Turandar - Vocals, Bass // Erce Arslan - Drums // M.Cantuğ Ağıç - Guitars (lead & acoustic)// Doğukan Kalender - Vocals, Guitars. The band remained inactive until 2011 when they released their debut EP; "Sons of Earth and Sky".
