HARVEST is a progressive metal band from Italy. The band was formed in 2011 by Cesare Augusto Giorgini (vocals, guitar and keyboards), Roberto Palmieri (lead guitar, vocals), Marco Garbin (drums) and Fungo Garbin (bass). Fungo was to leave the band in 2012, being replaced on bass guitar by Francesco Pini.
The band released their debut album, Rain/The Cold Sunrise, towards the end of 2012. Getting close to two hours long, the music is eclectic. While based for the most part in metal, the album also incorporates atmospheric rock, jazz/rock fusion and perhaps unsurprisingly, some Rock Progressivo Italiano bits too.
