Formed in 2010 in the city of Goiania, the HERETIC proposes an instrumental sound with strong influences of Greek music, Indian and Egyptian mixed with the weight of the metal. Strongly influenced by Death, Bach, Melechesh, Ravi Shankar and other myths of folk and instrumental music the HERETIC released their first full-length, the "Opus Heretika" in 2011 and has recorded his second album, denser, heavier and heretic, the "Liturgy". The single "Act IV" debuted Under Metal collection in 2010 and since then, they seek to establish the goianiense scene and even beyond. In 2012 they recorded the official video of "Act V" and played in the acclaimed Festival Goiania Noise, recording the live recording of "Avt IV." In 2012 were indicated in Dynamite Prize in Brazilian music, such as Revelation band, taking fifth place in Amid the many bands that category. In early 2013, the band released the EP "Lamashtu"
