Horizon's End are a progressive metal band from Greece formed in 1993 by Christos Kostas (guitar), George Strapatsas (vocals), Dimitris Argirakis (drums) and Theodor Gotsis (bass). Later that year the band releases a demo tape with a song entitled Future Dreams in Medieval Waves. The demo was praised as something new in the Greek metal scene and gave them the opportunity to play at two festivals in Thessaloniki. In 1994 Dimitris Argirakis left the band and Stamatis Keke took his place and keyboardist Sakis Bandis joined the band. In 1995 the band released another demo with 3 songs entitled An Ecstasy Unreal. The demo had great success in their country and it received excellent reviews by the local music press. In the beginning of 1996, Stamatis Keke is replaced by drummer Stergios Kourou and the band starts working in new material and after extensive promotion of their demo the band
