I Vecchi Atonal (now branded IV Atonal) is a blackened atmospheric sludge metal / doom metal band from Florence in Italy, formed 1993, originally under the name Atonal.
"I Vecchi Atonal is a musical project from the hills of Florence, Italy. Basically a multi–instrumentalist duo surrounded by a bunch of musicians and sound engineers. Its sound moves all over the post-metal genres, mainly Doom, Sludge and Depressive Black Metal packed with elements coming the Electronic music."
