Ikona was a metalcore band from Mogilev in Belarus, formed in 2005.
Ikona later changed its name to Iconauts.

"Members of Ikona are musicians, who used to play in bands with some local fame (3t.ON, Jur.By, Ikebana).
During the time of Ikona's existence repeatedly the line-up and music style has changed. Now, the band plays modern heavy music full of dynamic riffs and not trivial melodies. Powerful emotion drive and energy bind together with lyricism. The main principle of making music for the band is: "The future of heavy music is her past filled with a fresh blood"
Since 2005 Ikona has visited several of cities in Belarus and some places abroad. Also appeared on huge fests with famous ex-USSR bands: [AMATORY], STIGMATA, RASTA, 5 DIEZ, STARDOWN, ORIGAMI, KOREA, PSYSHIT and others.
