Impülse is an Italian heavy metal band formed in 2006.
Impülse are a Hard'n'Heavy rock band founded in 2006 in Chieti, Italy on the initiative of bassist Ayrton Glieca and guitarist Fabio Cat Magrone. After a series of troubled changes to the band's lineup, Impülse were revived in 2010 with the return of former members Federico Kramer Di Santo (drums), Daniele Di Caro (guitar) and Luca Ienni (lead vocals). After searching along a number of artistic paths the band has reached a grounded style.
Still, Impülse play with a versatile personality born out of the individual experiences of each band member and their communal devotion to Heavy Metal. The reference point for Impülse's musical inspiration is the Hard' n' Heavy music scene of the 1980's, with significant influences also emanating from the genres of Glam and Thrash metal.
