INACTIVE MESSIAH is a Greek death metal act formed in 2004. The band was originally called WOMB OF MAGGOTS and released one album under that monicker before changing their name to INACTIVE MESSIAH in 2004. The band started out playing industrial tinged death metal but have opted for a more melodic approach to death metal in recent years. INACTIVE MESSIAH have released three albums in the period between 2004 and 2008.
