Insurgence was an American metalcore/post-hardcore band. They released one album in 1999 before breaking up. Aaron Bruno and Drew Stewart would go on to form the bands Home Town Hero and Under the Influence of Giants. Aaron Bruno is now most known for his solo project AWOLNATION, which has references to his metal roots in some songs.
