IT'S.TRUE.MENTALITY. is an instrumental progressive metal band from Pruszcz Gdañski, Poland. The band formed in 2005 consisting of Andrzej Lebek (lead guitar), Krzysztof Bulinski (rhythm guitar) and Grzegorz Haasa (drums) who recorded a seven track demo "Alone Forever."
In January of 2006, Anna Weyna (keyboards) joined the band and by the end of the year Krzysztof was replaced by Arkadiusz Doroszuk (bass).
In autumn of 2008, the band has self released their first full length album "Insomnia".
