Khaotika is an American gothic metal band, with strong elements of black metal and thrash in their music. They were founded in January 2014, and released their debut EP Bloodline Empire in May of the same year. In 2015 they released a new single titled Hollow Grounds.
Tragedy struck the band on April 6th, 2015: While on tour with Wormreich, their van got into an accident, which led to the deaths of their own drummer Nick Crisostomo, as well as Wormreich guitarist/keyboardist Ian McKinney and bassist Paul Truesdell, while everyone else in the vehicle suffered varying levels of injury. The band plans to return sometime in the future, after a long break for recovery.
