Leather Nun America is a stoner/doom metal band from San Diego, California formed in 2003. Also known as Leather Nun America, the band consists of John Sarnie on vocals & guitar, George on bass and Mark Markowitz on drums.
They've released their first self-titled EP in 2005 and the 2nd "My Congregation" in 2006, which also saw their first full-length album "All Your Kin" coming to life. In 2007 the 2 EPs were re-released as "Tools of the New Church". 2008th "Absence of Light" is their latest album to date.
