Left Brain is a progressive alternative metal band from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Formed in 2005, Left Brain released their demo EP in 2006. In 2007, the EP Bury The Façade served to generate interest in the metal community.
By 2010 and the release of their debut full-length album, Left Brain had parted company with original vocalist Tristin Rogers. The resultant release was instrumental and showed a move away from their earlier alternative metal sound, picking up some post-metal influences on the way.
