Loadstar was an Italian speed metal band who were first active during the eighties and produced a string of demos before disbanding in 1998.
During 2003-2004 members of the band were active under the moniker 90Tons but did not release anything. In 2005 Loadstar were reformed and went on to release their first studio album Calls from the Outer Space in 2009.
They have however since disbanded again.
