"Established in 1998 by Vorgrov (Gábor Varga), MARBLEBOG from Hungary has released 3 full-length albums so far, along with a couple of split records with bands from Brazil, USA, Poland and of course Hungary. The music of MARBLEBOG changed quite a lot through the years, one can discover various soundscapes from the raw lo-fi black metal of the early years, to the hypnotic all-ambient album ”Wind of Moors”. MARBLEBOG is now working on the new album which will be more like a rocking, psychedelic journey with influences of old heavy/doom, preserving the reverbed sounds and epic ambient/acoustic components MARBLEBOG is known for."
