MOONLIGHT CIRCUS is a progressive metal band from Treviso in Italy. Each of the five band members have brought along a decade of personal musical experience. The band comprises guitarist Paolo Viani and drummer Alberto Masiero, both of Black Jester (note that one of Black Jester’s albums is called "Welcome to the Moonlight Circus"); ex-HelreidD keyboardist Daniele Soravia; ex-Epica vocalist Alessandro Secchi; and bassist Gianluca Tassi. Since their first release the band has introduced two new members; vocalist Max Zanatta and drummer Salvatore Bonaccorso.
Moonlight Circus’ first (and to date only) offical album, "Outskirts of Reailty", was released in 2000 on Elevate Records.
