My Last Victory is a melodic metalcore band from Guernsey in the Channel Islands.
The band formed from ex-members of Guernsey metal stalwarts Silkinfly and Bindweed, with Jack and Josh from Silkinfly and Seann who had been in the UK at drum tech from Bindweed.
They decided that they wanted to start a band just playing original material and started writing in March 2005. The band then recruited Luke Vidamour on bass.
After playing a few gigs with that line up they decided that one guitarist was restricting the sound for the style of music they wanted to play so Luke switched to playing guitar alongside Josh and James, the bands youngest member, was brought in on bass.
The band kept writing material from there until they had 7 songs of which they decided to record with Danny Joyce at the end of 2005 to form their debut album 'Bury These Thoughts' which was
