In June 2005 they had a self-titled demo EP finished, and one year later their first official release, a 4 track EP called Pretty Scares, was issued. This was followed by the CD single My Place in 2007.
Around that time vocalist Maksymilian left, and Myhybris continued on as a quartet as they started to record their first full length venture. Late in 2008 The Sweet Melody of Resilience was issued, a concept album mixing influences from bands like Pink Floyd, Dream Theater and Porcupine Tree.
