MYSTO DYSTO was a Dutch speed/thrash metal act from Emmen, Drenthe formed in 1983. The band released their debut full-length studio album "The Rules Have Been Disturbed" in 1986 but soon after changed their name to MANDATOR (http://www.metalmusicarchives.com/mandator.aspx?ac=mandator).
