Nar Mattaru is a black/death metal band from Kaliningrad, Russia, formed in 2003. The band's name is Sumerian for chasm or abyss. Guitarist Alexander "Zombie" Alexandrov and drummer Roman Matavetskiy left the band in 2006 to form death metal band X-Rated 6ex6ex6ex.
