NIGHT CLOUD is a Progressive Power Metal band from Savona, Italy. They formed in 1999 around the guitar players Daniele FERRO and Massimiliano SEGHESIO, drummer Daniele RAUSO and keyboard player Simone PICCOLINI. Different musicians came and went for the vocals and bass positions until the band teamed up with vocalist Daniele BALIETTO and bass player Matteo CARAVATTI. In this line-up they released their full-length debut Defeated By The Innocents in 2004.
The band cites DEEP PURPLE, QUEEN, DREAM THEATER and PAIN OF SALVATION amongst their main influences.
