Nightqueen is a Genk-bases Heavy Metal band bent on domination of audience and spectators, for which it has shown to be nothing short of willing and ambitious. Musically, Nightqueen brings a mix of heavy metal that is not only accessible within most metal communities, but also for all that enjoy a good riff; the style, as a result, is founded on these strong guitar riff, rooted in the '80 style, mixed with more modern metal beats, symphonic tunes and catchy melodies from the vocal department.
When Rex wrote the first song of the then nameless band, titled "Queen of the Night", the name was easily found: "Nightqueen". However, the band itself was not staffed properly yet, but after only a handful changes, the standing line-up is one to reckon with a capital R; Singer Keely Larreina brings a true-born Queen of the Night on stage like none has ever been before!.
