Nova is a progressive metal / djent band from San Francisco in California, formed in 2010.
Nova is a collaboration between guitarists Chazz McConnell (Sol Asunder) and Max Seeman (Amonalous).
The two mixed elements from the so-called 'djent' scene with Prog Metal and Tech/Math Metal, obtaining a typical modern instrumental metal sound with lots of attention to atmosphere and detailed arrangements.
