NYMPHO is the band formed by lead singer and rhythm guitar player Criss Sexx (formerly of Bang Bang Rock, Bastardz and Snow) in mid-2006, which after some member changes, established itself, still in the same year, with Dick on Lead Guitar and Backgroung Vocals, Olavo Barroka on Bass Guitar and Pablo Pinheiro on Drums.
The band started playing some classic rock 'n' roll covers at small clubs and festivals in Rio de Janeiro, when the first compositions came out, very inspired in the likes of KISS and other bands from the 70's and 80's, that resulted in, eventually, the first NYMPHO album "V.I.P. Very Indecent People", recorded in 2008 and released in 2009, on the American label Perris Records (http://www.perrisrecords.com ), being distributed in USA, Europe, Japan and South America.
