Oz is a Finnish heavy metal act. The band was originally active between 1977-1991 and released five studio albums, starting with 1982's Heavy Metal Heroes. The group reformed in 2010 and released the comeback album Burning Leather in 2011.
As of 2017 and the release of their seventh album Transition State the band is made up entirely of new members with the exception of drummer Mark Ruffneck.
