Pazuzu is an Austrian act that was started by it's namesake Pazuzu (Raymond Wells) in 1993 as a side-project to black metal act Summoning. Pazuzu played most instruments. Various other members including Summoning band mates Protector (Richard Lederer) and Silenius (Michael Gregor) were also involved for a short time, between 1994 - 1995. The music played by the project is neoclassical darkwave and dungeon synth.
Pazuzu released three albums during the nineties and also appeared on several splits, mostly with parent band Summoning. The albums were And All Was Silent... (1994), Awaken the Dragon (1997) and III: The End of Ages (1999).

As a Summoning side-project the non-metal artist Pazuzu has been included in the MMA as a Metal Related artist.
