Penthos The Omega is a hip-hop / metalcore project from Brett-Michael Jones of Dallas in Texas.
Brett was formerly the guitarist in the deathcore band Unto Acheron.

Official biography (abridged):
"In early 2009, Penthos started Unto Acheron, a metalcore/death metal hybrid band with lyrics based in Greek mythology. Recruiting long-time friend and drummer Eli Jimenez, the band impacted the local scene, though they would go on to break up for mutual reasons in 2011.

In the summer of 2011, a Dallas, Texas metal band disbanded after three years of music, tours, and companionship. This separation created a void in the musical ambitions of guitarist Brett Jones. With a passion for music still burning deep inside him, that winter, Brett officially became "Penthos The Omega," turning his sights to a genre of music he had previously ignored: Hip-Hop.
