Promise Land is a Symphonic Metal band from USA, formed in 1997.
Early on, Promise Land began to headline many events and youth group rallies, as well as being featured live on Pittsburgh’s Word FM. They were also selected to perform in many outdoor festivals such as Cornerstone Festival in Sanctuary International and asked to open for bands such as Bride, Petra, ApologetiX, The Letter Black, Rex Carroll and many more.
Promise Land's first "EP" was recorded and released in late 2005. Now, while the ‘EP’ was meant to be a simple demo used for booking, they decided to release it to the public after much requestsThe "EP" was selected as "Album of the Moment" for several weeks running on major Christian Metal/Rock websites, as well as remaining #11 on the "Best Rated Albums" out of hundreds in the largest online Christian Metal Music Vault.
