Rain Of Ashes is a thrashy metalcore band from Hamburg in Germany, formed in 1999.
Rain Of Ashes disbanded in 2006.

After forming in february 1999 in the corrupt heart of downtown Hamburg - Germany, the band quickly became a local underground cult act that has ever since enriched the scene with a violent, daring mixture of Thrash Metal and Hardcore.
Playing a wide musical spectrum, RAIN OF ASHES have developed their own musical path of devastation (which has also been acknowledged by the underground press). The aggressive potential of the music derives directly from the four band members' lives. Most of the times the lyrics deal with hate and rage against authorities and the entire allday bullshit. In some cases they are just morbid, fictive horror stories that fit their brutal sound perfectly. By the way, RAIN OF ASHES distance themselves from Nazi-shit and any similar scum.
