REVELATION PROJECT was a progressive metal band from Lockport, New York, USA. Revelation Project was founded by Graeme Swallow who has also released a progressive symphonic metal album under his own name.
That band was originally formed to play a one-time showcase at the Kingdom Bound music festival at the Darien Lake amusement park (now Six Flags). After that showcase, several of the band members wished to make things more permanent. They recorded the tracks in Graeme's growing home studio and released their self-titled CD in 2005. This conceptual self-titled debut release carries you through 76 minutes of a musical and lyrical interpretation of the biblical end-times.
Revelation Project also had their song, Glory, included on the CPR (Christian Progressive Rock) Vol. 1 compilation, released in April 2004. Another track was to appear on CPR Vol. 2. Revelation Project released only the one album before splitting up late in 2006.
