A mysterious act who formed around 1973, and released a self financed album in 1983, peak NWoBHM period. The album is called Widow, but the band's name was ommitted from the label - and there is some speculation that the band's name was actually Widow, deepening the mystery surrounding the band.
The cover and song titles of this rare debut contain Satanic imagery, and the band members used Satanic pseudonyms like, ReBeth [guitar/ vocals], Rex Duval [drums], and Phillip Damien Hyde [bass].
Gypsy Rebethe spent some time away from the bands as a successful flamenco guitarist.
Another album was released by the band in 1993, called Valley of the Kings.
