Rygel is a heavy metal band from Santos, São Paulo, Brazil. Formed in 2000, Rygel has released two full-length albums alongside an EP and a single.
Rygel is a star wich has 35 times the size of the sun, situated in the constellation of Orion. In 2000, this star baptized this eclectic band from Santos. With influences from hard rock to death metal, Rygel delivers a very modern metal sound with roots in traditional heavy metal.
