Formed in 2009, Sabbath Assembly are a USA based band that incorporate traditional metal, doom, psychedelia and occult rock on their recent albums with psychedelic folk and rock present on earlier work. The band originally formed to play the hymns of the Process Church of the Final Judgment, a religious sect from the late 60’s but went in a heavier direction when they started to write their own songs. Their debut album, Restored To One was released in 2010.
