Scarlet Hollow is a heavy progressive rock band from Ventura, California, USA. Initially a trio, Allison Vonbuelow (vocals, acoustic guitars, synths), Gregg Olson (guitars) and Jeff Mack (bass) released their first EP ''Sanctuary'' in November 2010. With the addition of Diego 'Gro' Meraviglia they released their debut concept album ''What if Never Was'' (in October 2012. The band also re-released their EP in the same year.
In the band's words, " Scarlet Hollow's music combines hauntingly beautiful and textural sections of music, with very heavy, dark, and powerful sections, often shifting undetectably between odd time signatures yet never losing site of the songs intent and message."
