Sertannia is a Heavy Metal band created in 2002 from the dream of two mates, Anderson Pinheiro and Guimarães Junior. Through the new group their wish of showing the world some original compositions was about to be fulfilled. The first band formation featured Anderson Pinheiro (Vocals), Sindarin Jr. (Guitars), Jonathan Cardozo/Jésio: (Bass), Fernando Oliveira (Keyboards)and Ricardo Oliveira: (Drums).
Due to several constraints the new band had its activities limited to few concerts and the recording of 4 songs which would integrate Sertannia's first Demonstration CD. However, the previously mentioned work would never be released! After a few years of complete inactivity, the band was brought to life again through a new line-up: Anderson Pinheiro: (Vocals), Robson Santana: (Guitars), Jackson Lima: (Bass), Neilton Filho: (Drums). With a new arrangement, inspiration and will, Sertannia renewed its energies in order to go on constructing its history in the Brazilian Heavy Metal Scene.
