Shotgun Enema is a deathcore / deathgrind band from Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates, formed in 2008.
"Shotgun Enema started in 2008, with a rather stupid idea of setting up a Metalcore Band in the U.A.E. (Abu Dhabi).
The first 2 members where Felix Bird Harder and Benjamin Heil. After playing our first song to Kal McNeill, he was very enthusiastic to join as a Solo/Lead Guitarist. The problem then was, we now had 3 guitarists, but no bass, no drummer, no vocalist.
After searching, we finally found a fitting vocalist, Amjad Zarzar. Soon to that Marc Kaser joined as the drummer. For the first time we were complete. After 3 small gigs, in 2008 and 2009, Amjad left the band to go to University. Also, over the summer, Marc decided to leave the band due to personal issues.
After summer, Luke McIntosh joined as the bassist. Benni, now changed
