Sinheresy is an Italian symphonic metal band, formed in 2009 by bassist Davide Sportiello and guitarist Lorenzo Pasutto. They started out as a Nightwish cover band, but in 2011 they began working on original material, which took the form of an EP titled The Spiders and the Butterfly in December of 2011. The release featured a mix of melodic symphonic metal and power metal, with dual male/female lead vocals. In 2013 they released their full length debut Paint the World, which continued along the same direction.
Along with the two founding members, their current lineup features: Cecilia Petrini (Vocals), Stefano Sain (Vocals), Daniele Girardelli (Keyboards) and Alex Vescovi (Drums).
