Souls At Zero was an American groove/thrash metal band founded under the name Atlantis in 1979, changing their name first to Tyrant, then to Wrathchild, then Wrathchild America in 1981. They released two albums, one Ep and three demos under that name. They changed their name to Souls At Zero in 1992. The name change occurred after Wrathchild America was dropped from Atlantic Records, and was accompanied by a slight change in musical style. Souls At Zero released two albums and an EP on Energy Records before disbanding in the mid-1990s.
