Speed, Glue & Shinki were a Japanese psychedelic and heavy blues band. Born out of the Japanese drug culture, they released two albums before splitting up - namely, "Eve" (1971) and "Speed, Glues and Shinki" (1972), before splitting up.
They were known for their heavy and dark blues-based style, and especially "Eve" displayed several proto-metal features which would later become conventional elements in doom and stoner metal, such as heavy riffage, distorted guitars, and and overall dark atmosphere.
