Spit was a metalcore band from Stavanger in Norway, formed in 2001.
Spit disbanded in 2008 after releasing an EP in 2006.
Spit also recorded a second EP titled, "Me Iudice", in June-July 2007 but it was never released.
In 2011 some of the band members regrouped to form the progressive deathcore band, A Red Sky Collapse.
