STR8 borns at the end of nineties by the former members of some underground metal bands from Pisa, determined to play a music at the same time heavy and melodic. The first line-up (voice, two guitars, bass guitar, drums) gives birth to the first demo, "STR8" in 2000, followed by a second demo in 2003 called "Memories", with a new and stable line-up: Alessandro Briganti (voice), Filippo Bendinelli (guitar), Raffaello Terreni (guitar), Emiliano D'Alessio (bass guitar) and Luca Lembo (drums). This line-up starts to work with the producer Frank Andiver and gives birth in 2006 to the first full lenght "Soul Inside?" under the label "Rising Works", recorded at "Zenith Studio" in Lucca by Andiver. After "Soul Inside?" the band plays in many shows, specially in 2007 at "Metarock" festival with Aiden and 30 Seconds to Mars.
