Tang Dynasty, 唐朝 or Táng Cháo, in Chinese are a Chinese heavy metal band. Formed in 1988 in Beijing by American-Chinese guitarist Kaiser Kuo (who has since left the band), the band incorporate elements from progressive rock and traditional Chinese folk music into their brand of heavy metal.
