The Aphelion is a Canadian progressive metal band from Ottawa in Ontario, formed in 2014.
Influences include Mastodon, Devin Townsend, David Bowie, Opeth, Dream Theater, Tool, Children of Bodom and Wintersun.
The Aphelion is planning to release it's first studio work in 2018.
