The Hands Resist Him is a sludge metal / doom metal band from Chicago in Illinois, formed in 2018.
The band started as a solo project, with the founding member Eric Mayer composing and recording all of the music. The current line up is Eric as lead composer, playing guitar, and bass. As well as Alex Mcgady on guitar and Ashwinn Torke on drums.
