The Suicide Machines is an American punk rock/hardcore punk band formed in 1991. The band is known for their combination of ska, hardcore, and classic punk.
The band released their debut album, "Destruction by Definition", in 1996 which became nationally well-known for it's blend of ska and punk. With the release of their self-titled album in 2000, the band shifted towards a more pop-punk sound. The band's final two albums released, before breaking up in 2006, abandoned the pop-punk influences in favor of a hardcore ska-punk sound.
The band reunited in 2009 for a beneficiary show in Detroit. The band continue to tour, but there has been no mention of a new album.
The Suicide Machines is included on MMA due to vocalist Jason Navarro also being a part of crossover thrash group Hellmouth.
