THEORY OF ONE is an instrumental progressive metal band from Encinitas, California. The band consists of Paul McPherson (drums/percussion), Ed Wade (guitar), Adam Comstock (guitar), and Erich Skoor (bass).
They self financed and released their debut album, Antithesis, in 2004. From the driving prog metal of System and Metal Slug to the hypnotic sounds of Call It In The Air, Theory Of One also displays some hard rock and avant garge influences on its debut.
