Truppensturm is a German war black metal band from Übach-Palenberg. Vangard von Rimburg is the only person behind the band but he is joined by Alexander von Meilenwald (drums) and Weigand (bass) in live situations.
From 1996 to 2006, the band was called Sturmtruppen. Before releasing the 2006 EP, the name was changed to Truppensturm because another band already had that name.
